Thoughtful gifts start with considered choices.
Independent by Design
We work with independent suppliers only. No mass-market catalogues, no white-label products or vague supplier chains.
This independence gives us the freedom to curate properly - choosing products for their quality, originality, and story, not their ubiquity.
Branded Merch
We’re thoughtful about branding. We have an in-house design team to help create merch people actually want to keep.
We focus on quality first, great design, and products that work just as well outside of work as they do inside it - ethically produced, beautifully designed, and made to be used.
Minority Makers
We’re always on the lookout for products made by minority-led businesses.
It’s a considered choice that shapes how we curate, so if your company values align with a particular underrepresented group, let us know and we’ll do our best to source gifts that give back to these communities.
Close to Home
Most of the products we source are made in the UK or Portugal.
Keeping things close means stronger relationships with makers, better visibility into how things are made, and fewer compromises on quality. When we do look further afield, we do so carefully - choosing products for their craft and impact, not convenience.

WE CREATE THE PLAN
For one-off gifts, we’ll ask a few simple questions and come back with a small, thoughtful shortlist.
For larger campaigns, we’ll set up a short discovery call to understand the brief — then follow up with a clear proposal covering ideas, costs, and next steps.

Mimo was founded by Alex Lambert and Antonia Parker - work wives from previous lives, brought together by years of leading marketing, operations, and internal communications for international teams.
We’re the people who notice the details others overlook. The ones who spot when something feels generic, rushed, or slightly off - and can’t leave it alone. We care deeply about how things land, because gifting is never just a box in the post, it’s a message.
Our team has delivered at scale, handled logistics across borders, and supported companies through moments that matter - celebrations, milestones, onboarding, and everything in between. So when we say we’ll handle the heavy lifting, we really mean it. -
Sustainability isn’t a badge we stick on at the end - it’s part of how we work every day.
We avoid single-use plastics as standard, prioritise recycled and responsibly sourced materials, and choose to work with independent and minority-led businesses wherever we can. If a gifting budget can do some good as well as bring a bit of joy, why wouldn’t it?
