We keep delivery simple, predictable, and transparent. From sourcing to doorstep, we plan carefully so your gifts arrive on time and in the right place — without unnecessary miles, delays, or hidden complications.
Where We Ship
We support teams based in the UK, across the EU, and beyond - including companies with people spread across multiple locations.
To keep things smooth, sustainable, and predictable, we fulfil gifts locally wherever possible. That means UK-based gifts ship from within the UK, and EU-based gifts ship from within the EU via our Portugal operation.
Because we work with independent, local suppliers in each region, gifts may vary slightly between locations. That’s by design. Each gift is curated to be of the same calibre - aligned in quality, care, and feel - while supporting local makers and keeping transport impact low.
For teams distributed across the UK and EU, this approach avoids unnecessary borders, reduces delays, and keeps things running smoothly.
Hassle-Free Customs
Brexit made shipping more complicated than it needed to be. We’ve built our setup to work around it.
By shipping locally within the UK and EU, we minimise customs paperwork, delays, and unexpected charges - especially for distributed teams.
Where customs or duties do apply - for example, for wider international shipments - we’ll flag this clearly upfront and factor it into the plan. No hidden costs. No last-minute surprises. Just straightforward logistics, handled properly.
Emissions Tracked & Offset
We take a measured, practical approach to environmental impact.
Where possible, we assess the emissions associated with sourcing and shipping your gifts — including production, packaging, and delivery routes. This helps us make informed choices, prioritising local fulfilment, lighter materials, and fewer unnecessary miles.
Carbon Offsetting
Our focus is always on reduction first. Where emissions can’t be avoided, we take responsibility for offsetting them transparently.
We work with a trusted partner to measure and offset the emissions generated by our own business - from running our website to our use of AI tools. In addition, we plant a tree for every gift we send, as a simple, tangible way to give back alongside the work we do.
It’s not about claiming perfection. It’s about understanding impact, taking responsibility, and continually improving where we can.

How We Run Things

Timelines vary depending on what you’re sending, how it’s produced, and where it’s going. We’ll always be upfront about lead times and plan accordingly - especially for larger or recurring campaigns.
Local fulfilment helps us keep delivery windows predictable, but if you’re working to a fixed date, tell us early and we’ll build around it. If something changes, we’ll tell you. No crossed fingers. No hoping for the best.
