Standard Terms and Conditions of Supply (B2B)

These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of Goods and Services by Yay Mimo Ltd to business customers.

All quotations, proposals, Order Confirmations and invoices issued by Yay Mimo Ltd are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

We contract only with businesses acting in the course of trade. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are purchasing as a business customer and not as a consumer.

Incorporation into Contracts

Our Standard Terms and Conditions of Supply (B2B) are incorporated into all Order Confirmations issued by Yay Mimo Ltd. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and an Order Confirmation, the Order Confirmation shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
